Weight/BP/Temp/Pulse Labels to Keep Your Staff Organized

These stickers help your staff—and you—stay organized. On these labels, there is a box to write the weight, blood pressure, temperature, and pulse of your patients. All of this information is generally taken by the nurse before the doctor comes in. These stickers make it easy to make sure not to lose the information before the doctor gets there. Stick this bright sticker to the patient’s paperwork and have confidence the doctor will be able to see it. The fluorescent yellow of these weight/BP/temp/pulse labels sticks out against any background. The matte finish of these stickers allows you to write on them with a pencil, pen, or permanent marker. The permanent adhesive sticks to most surfaces and stays durable even in extreme temperatures. Once stuck, you can be sure the label won’t fall off. However, it is still apparel-safe and will not leave a residue on clothing when removed. We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
