Heartworm is spread through a mosquito bite. It is most common in cats, dogs, and ferrets. It is an extremely dangerous disease that often can result in death. However, it is treatable. The vet can use these heartworm test labels to request a heartworm test for your pet. Also, depending on the medications your pet is on, they may need to be tested for heartworm even when they don’t have symptoms. These labels use a permanent adhesive that sticks to most surfaces. Place these stickers on a file so everyone working with the animal knows what the pet is in for. This label keeps other animals safe. The 1.125 x 2.375-inch rectangle is the perfect size to stay visible while avoiding obscuring other important information. The red and white semi-gloss paper sticks out well against any background.
