InStockLabels.com is a manufacturer of pre-printed and custom adhesive labels in Salt Lake City, Utah.  We are proud to say, Made in the U.S.A.  

We keep thousands of pre-printed labels in stock, ready to ship.  We use eco-friendly water based inks to print designs on many types of materials from semi-gloss paper to clear polypropylene and everything in between. 

Our labels are created on large label presses, then hand rolled on a core to meet the perfect quantity.  They then go through a quality control check and placed in our barcoded bins, ready to be picked and shipped by our warehouse team.

We try our best to have your order shipped within 24 hours.  Many times we can have an order out within hours of placing your order.

    • $99.99 or less will ship for $4.99
    • less than 4 lbs have an option for guaranteed 2-day shipping for a flat rate of $10.99

We do not offer any shipping options for Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday deliveries.

We also do not offer free shipping for multi-locational shipment orders. Please contact us before placing multiple location orders.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays with your order, even if an express shipping option is chosen. All carriers that we use at this time can not guarantee on-time delivery dates and times.
