Description

These are our “Nourishment” labels for healthcare.  They are easy to see due to the fact that they are made with a bright fluorescent pink matte paper material.  Use these to confirm very important patient information such as:

  • Name
  • Room Number
  • Date
  • Diet
  • Serving Time

There is a line next to each category which will allow you to write in the patients details. We use eco-friendly print for the black text on the fluorescent pink material.  This is one roll which has 500 labels.  We do add a few extra to make up for the little sticker we use to hold the roll together with.  They are easy to peel from the liner and apply by hand.  The adhesive is a strong permanent adhesive which will stick well to most all flat surfaces.  Nourishment labels are usually placed on patient file folders for records.  The size is 1 x 3 inches in a rectangular shape and has rounded corners.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
