Use These Bloodwork Required Labels Help Keep Patients Safe

These bloodwork required labels are perfect for organizing and keeping patients informed. In a medical office it is important to let patients know that before their next visit they need bloodwork done. Having this label makes it easy to send patients home with the instructions and keep them in the patient’s file at the office so the staff knows as well. These labels are made from yellow matte fluorescent paper and have a permanent adhesive that stays strong even in extreme temperatures. Stick this label anywhere without worrying if the label will come off. These labels are 0.5 x 1.5-inch rectangles. That means they fit without getting in the way.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
