These red allergy labels are the perfect way to keep the information up to date on your patients or for children in school. On the sticker are nine options to check. These options are latex, dye, tape, penicillin, codeine, erythromycin, and sulfa, other, and no known allergies. Stick these labels on forms, so they are easily accessed, and never worry about losing them. The permanent adhesive is durable even in extreme temperatures—so if you take these forms on cold field trips, you know they stay stuck. The labels are 2 x 3-inch rectangles with rounded corners that allow easy peeling from the roll and application. Write on these labels with a pencil, pen, or permanent marker. The bright red of the label sticks out against any background. We use water-based and eco-friendly ink so you can use these labels with confidence! While the adhesive is permanent, it is apparel-friendly. Use the labels on shirts and know they remove without leaving a residue. We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
