These day pass screen labels are perfect for keeping people safe. They are meant to stick on people’s shirts, and even though they use a permanent adhesive they remove without leaving a residue. The permanent adhesive is strong when placed on other surfaces, and stays durable even in extreme temperatures. The fluorescent paper is bright against any background, and the black words stick out staying visible. On the label, you can write your temperatures for the entire week. That way you don’t have to keep switching stickers every day. Write on the fluorescent paper with a pencil, pen, or permanent marker. The labels are 2 x 3-inch rectangles with rounded corners to make the application simple and easy. These are a great size to keep them visible but make sure they don’t block other important information. Stick these on paperwork, patients, or even sign-in sheets for employees to record their temperatures for the week of work.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
