Fluid Restrictions Labels Are In to Keep Your Patients Safe

These fluid restrictions labels are perfect for your pre- and post-surgery patients, as well as those with dietary restrictions. Before and after certain surgeries, the patient mustn’t eat or drink certain things as it might interrupt the process. These labels make it easy to keep track of who needs to be on what diet. They also allow everyone working with the patient to see their dietary restrictions as this sticker can be placed in the patient’s file. Stickers are more visible than handwritten notes on the file. Plus, with the sticker, no one will claim they couldn’t read a person’s handwriting. Everyone will be on the same page. The label is blue with the black “Fluid Restrictions” text across the center. There are 500 stickers on every roll, plus a few extras we like to add. The 0.5 x 1.5-inch rectangle shape is the perfect size for patient files as it is big enough to stay visible, but small enough to avoid obscuring other important information. The rounded corners of the rectangle allow for easier removal from the roll. These labels use a permanent adhesive that sticks well on most surfaces. It stays durable even in extreme temperatures, so you can label things in the fridge or freezer as well. We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
