Young kids sometimes have a hard time leaving their parents to go to school all day. Especially from the past few years when kids were constantly with their parents at home because of the pandemic. Place a small heart on your child or their shirt and tell them to look at it every time they miss you or home, and you’ll be thinking about them too. If they do something good or have a good day, they can put on a green sticker. If they get a certain amount of green stickers, they could get a reward. Having incentives for kids in a class is a great way to promote learning and good behavior.

Smiley face stickers are another teacher classic. Place them on papers or assignments that kids did well on. You can use these stickers through college. Kids love it because when they see the sticker, they automatically know they did a great job on their assignment. That can reduce a great amount of stress on people when they are getting assignments back. For people that didn’t do too well, you can also place a frowny face sticker on their assignment, and write “see me” so they can come after and figure out where the assignment went wrong and how to fix it. Kids appreciate feedback and the ability to make up their grades even if the first time didn’t go so well.

Arrow stickers are the perfect way to mark things on permission slips or places that need parent signatures. Even if you just use one and photocopy that copy – so it shows up on every other copy. It keeps parents in the know and keeps you organized. They can also be used on your calendars or planners to point out important information. Students might love them for note-taking as well. These stickers are the way to bring your class to the next level. They can also help in different classes with flow charts or organization for students. Feel free to put them on the walls to point out light switches or important signs as well!
