Use These Patient Specimen Collection Labels to Help Keep Patients Safe

These patient specimen collection labels are perfect for organizing specimens. In a medical office it is important to keep specimens organized so they are handled safe. These labels are made from yellow matte fluorescent paper and have a permanent adhesive that stays strong even in extreme temperatures. Stick this label anywhere without worrying if the label will come off. These labels are 1 x 2-inch rectangles. That means they would fit without getting in the way. 

These labels are extremely bright against every background. There are 500 patient specimen collection labels on each roll, but we add a few extras to every roll. These stickers are the perfect size so they are big enough to stay visible but small enough to avoid blocking other important information. Place these stickers on items or paperwork.  The labels have options to write who the patient is, the date, the time, and who collected the specimen. Place these on the specimens to make sure all your patients and staff are safe and you keep different specimens organized.

We do not offer any shipping options for Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday deliveries.

We also do not offer free shipping for multi-locational shipment orders. Please contact us before placing multiple location orders.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays with your order, even if an express shipping option is chosen. All carriers that we use at this time can not guarantee on-time delivery dates and times.
