There is a space for you to write the date and the initials of the person signing off on the medication. These labels are a fluorescent orange that sticks out against any background. The black font is bold and visible against the orange background. Each label is a 0.5 x 1.5-inch rectangle with rounded corners for easy peeling from the roll. We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.
