These labels are the perfect way to let staff know when a patient’s chart requires thinning. The chart could need thinning for various reasons: 

  • The patient’s health history has changed/updated 
  • You no longer need certain information for the patient
  • Or, it could just be too thick and need clearing out to stay organized with the most vital information. 

Putting chart requires thinning labels on the files keeps your practice in order. The permanent adhesive stays strong even in extreme temperatures. Once you stick this label, it will stay put.

However, it is apparel-safe and will remove from clothing without leaving a residue. After you have thinned out the label, be sure to update the file with our chart thinned stickers. You can place this label right on top of the old one or elsewhere—the stickers are small enough that multiple can fit on each folder.

    • $99.99 or less will ship for $4.99
    • less than 4 lbs have an option for guaranteed 2-day shipping for a flat rate of $10.99

We do not offer any shipping options for Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday deliveries.

We also do not offer free shipping for multi-locational shipment orders. Please contact us before placing multiple location orders.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays with your order, even if an express shipping option is chosen. All carriers that we use at this time can not guarantee on-time delivery dates and times.
