Use These Stat Labels and Stay Organized

In the medical world, it is crucial to stay organized and on top of patient cases. These stat labels can help you do that. These labels are 0.5 x 1.5-inch rectangles and fit perfectly on the tabs of manila folders. They also fit on paperwork and are small enough to avoid obscuring important information but big enough to remain visible. The rounded corners make for easy peeling from the roll and efficient application. These stickers are red matte fluorescent paper that is bright against any background. They will stick to most surfaces and are durable even in extreme temperatures. While the label has a permanent adhesive, it is still apparel-friendly and will not leave a residue when removed from clothing. All of the ink used in this sticker is eco-friendly and water-based. Each roll contains 500 stat labels plus a few extras that we like to put on every roll. We do not offer any shipping options for Holiday, Saturday, or Sunday deliveries.

We also do not offer free shipping for multi-locational shipment orders. Please contact us before placing multiple location orders.

We ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Depending on your location, ground shipping can take 3 -10 days. We also have expedited shipping options at the checkout.

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays with your order, even if an express shipping option is chosen. All carriers that we use at this time can not guarantee on-time delivery dates and times.
